This is an assembly for Mother’s Day, with a focus on a Bible quote. There is a 4 page pdf plan and a 20 slide animated PowerPoint (non-editable- click ‘Read Only’ to open). In this assembly, children are encouraged to think about what they learn from their parents. The plan is easy to follow and requires no resources, so is perfect for using at the last minute! Both the plan and PowerPoint can be used on their own or together to suit your needs. You can also jump to different sections of the PowerPoint. I like leading assemblies that are interactive, engaging and relevant to the children’s lives. So this assembly involves discussions and a long anecdote on some childhood incidents where the assembly leader did not follow their parents’ rules.
